QaylTech develops rehabilitative and assistive devices that restore movement and independence, with particular focus on veterans living with war-related disabilities and others facing serious mobility challenges. AIP Tech Scientific makes custom orthopedic implants, pairing digital 3D design with precise medical manufacturing to produce patient-specific implants with complex shapes. Co-founder and CEO Marina Aghayan explains how the company connects digital engineering with medical fabrication. The organization was set up right after the 44-day war because there was a need to make implants for soldiers. Upon implantation into the human body, they are gradually replaced by natural human bone tissue.
