Dear Friend,
This program is designed for individuals and groups who have a product or service idea and wish to receive direct support from SASTIC members in developing a business plan for that idea and later forming a company.
Program Implementation Stages:
- Application
- Team Formation Phase
- Business Plan Development Phase
- Project Presentation to SASTIC
Application
To participate in the program, applicants must submit an application by filling out the questionnaire and providing a short video briefly describing the idea. These materials will allow interested SASTIC members to consider joining the Idea Implementation Team.
Team Formation Phase
During this stage, an Idea Implementation Team will be formed, consisting of SASTIC members who have significant experience in the relevant field and can help develop the business plan.
For this stage to proceed, at least two SASTIC members must find the idea interesting enough to dedicate their time to advancing the business plan. If the idea does not receive support from SASTIC members, unfortunately it cannot move to the next phase or receive SASTIC funding.
Other individuals interested in the idea may also join the team to better understand the details before fully committing their time.
The team will work on the basis of self-management—selecting a leader, agreeing on meeting frequency, choosing communication methods, etc.
Business Plan Development Phase
At this stage, the team will work on creating the business plan. Every 2–3 weeks, the team leader will meet with SASTIC’s Project Review Committee to present progress.
If challenges arise, additional SASTIC resources may be involved.
Teams that demonstrate visible progress will receive support from SASTIC’s Marketing and Business Development groups.
In the absence of progress, the team will be dissolved.
Project Presentation to SASTIC
After the business plan is created, the team will present it to SASTIC for potential financial investment.
If the project successfully passes the technical and business feasibility assessments, SASTIC will make a decision on providing financial investment and forming a company.
