Bazoomq Space Research Lab
Bazoomq Space Research Lab’s mission is to establish and continuously develop capabilities and skills for cutting-edge space research, education and start-ups in and for Armenia.
The Lab aims to promote research in the field of Space, end to end learning of satellite assembly, programming, functional testing, custom payload integration; creating groundwork for follow up missions; carrying payload designed and implemented in Armenia.
With the support of SASTIC, Bazoomq is to accomplish the launch of Armenia’s own satellite, Hayasat-1, the development and preparation of which was carried out in Armenia by Armenian specialists. In November 2023, the first domestic satellite will be launched into space through SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket.
