Հարգելի՛ SASTIC աջակից,

Միավորման սկիզբն ազդարարելուց սկսած անցել է մի քանի ամիս։ Այս ընթացում կատարվել է ահռելի չափերի աշխատանք, որի մասն են կազմել ձեզանից շատ շատերը։ Այս պահին կատարված աշխատանքի հիմնական արդյունքներն են՝

• Մեզ աջակցող իրավաբանների օգնությամբ ձևակերպվել և հաստատվել են երկու շահույթ չհետապնդող կազմակերպություններ՝ գրանցված Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և Միացյալ Նահանգներում։ SASTIC-ը որպես կառույց գործելու է՝ http://localhost/sastic/charter/ կանոնադրությամբ։

• Հաստատվել են մի շարք աշխատանքային խմբեր և կոմիտեներ՝

  • Նախնական աշխատանքային խումբը,

  • Պրոյեկտների վերանայման կոմիտեն,

  • Օպերացիոն և պրոյեկտների կառավարման խումբը,

  • Իրավաբանական և ֆինանսական խումբը,

  • Hardware technologies աշխատանքային խումբը,

  • Digital transformation աշխատանքային խումբը,

  • Մի շարք նոր խմբեր ձևավորման ընթացի մեջ են:

• Հաստատվել է ֆինանսները հավաքագրելու ենթակառուցվածք՝ հոսքերն ապահովելու համար։ Կայքը չի պահում վճարման տեղեկատվությունը: Այդ տվյալները անվտանգ փոխանցվում և մշակվում / պահվում են Stripe.com, PayPal.com կայքերի կողմից:

• Տասնյակ հանդիպումներ են եղել աջակից այլ նախաձեռնությունների հետ։

• Տասնյակ հանդիպումներ են եղել գիտական համայնքի հետ։

• Սկիզբ է դրվել ստրատեգիկ պլանավորման գործընթացին։

• Ստեղծվել ու շարժման մեջ է դրվել պրոյեկտների ընդունման, վերանայման, հարցազրույցների անցկացման գործընթացը։

• 70-ից ավել գաղափարներ վերանայվել են, գնահատվել, և ուղարկվել հարցազրույցի աշխատանքային խմբերի հետ։

• Աշխատանքային խմբերը տասնյակ հարցազրույցներ են անցկացրել պրոյեկտներ ներկայացնող խմբերի, անհատների, կազմակերպությունների հետ։ Որոշ պրոյեկտներ ներկայացված են այստեղ՝ http://localhost/sastic/programs/։ Պրոցեսը ընթացքի մեր է։

• Շահառուների՝ հայրենիքի պաշտպանների և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների գրանցումը սկսվել է, ունենք 80-ից ավել դիմորդներ։ Նրանց հետ հարցազրույցներն ընթացքի մեջ են։

• Պրոյեկտների կառավարման թիմը նախատեսում է առաջին թրեյնինգները “Project Management” մասնագիտությամբ։

• http://localhost/sastic/ կայքը գործարկված է ու պատրաստ ֆինանսների ընդունման։

Դժվար է կարճ նամակով նշել այն հսկայական աշխատանքը, որը SASTIC-ի կազմակերպչական թիմերը կատարել են այս կարճ ժամկետում։ Սակայն, ուրախ ենք հայտարարել, որ առաջնային էտապում հաստատված ճանապարհային քարտեզի հիմնական բոլոր կետերը կատարված են՝ http://localhost/sastic/roadmap/ և մենք պատրաստ ենք մտնել “Կատարողական” էտապ։ Այս պահին ընթացքի մեջ են պրոյեկտների և գաղափարների ինտերվյուները և քննարկումները, որոնց արդյունքում կուրվագծվի SASTIC-ի առաջիկա տարիների ստրատեգիկ պլանը։

Սակայն, SASTIC-ի ստրատեգիկ պլանը ի մի բերելու, պրոյեկտների ֆինանսական պարտավորություններ վերցնելու համար մեզ պետք է սկսել SASTIC-ի պաշտոնական անդամկցությունը։ Եվ ահա, ուրախ ենք տեղեկացնել, որ անդամակցությունը բաց է և անհամբեր սպասում ենք Ձեզ միանալու կառույցին`

Կազմակերպության առաքելությունն է.

Մեր մասնագիտական համայնքը ստեղծում է բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների և գիտության զարգացման ենթակառուցվածքներ, աջակցում է կրթությանը, ձևավորում է նորարարական ընկերություններ և նրանց միավորող դաշինքներ, հովանավորում և իրականացնում է ռազմավարական երկարաժամկետ ծրագրեր՝ մեր երկիրն ավելի կայուն և բարեկեցիկ դարձնելու համար:

Հաջորդ մեծ հանդիպումը, որում կներկայացվի այս ամբողջ աշխատանքը և ապագա քայլերը նախատեսված է մայիսի կեսերին։

Մեր սիրելի երկրին և երիտասարդությանը հենարան դառնալու և բոլորիս համար ապրելու արժանի միջավայր ձևավորելու միակ հնարավորությունը մեր ուժերի համախմբումն է էֆեկտիվ, ապագային նայող, մեր բոլորիս լավագույն հատկանիշները առաջ բերող կառույցներում, ինչպիսին կարող է դառնալ SASTIC-ը։

Dear SASTIC supporter,

Several months have passed since the announcement of establishing the SASTIC community. An enormous amount of work, that many of you have been a part of, has been accomplished. The major results of the efforts so far are the following:

• With the help of supporting lawyers, two non-profit organizations have been established and registered in the Republic of Armenia and the United States. As a structure, SASTIC will operate under the following charter: http://localhost/sastic/charter/.
• Several working groups and committees have been established:
  1. Preliminary working group
  2. Project Review Committee: http://localhost/sastic/sastic-committees/projects-review-committee/
  3. Operations and Project Management group
  4. Legal and financial group
  5. Hardware technologies working group
  6. Digital transformation working group
  7. Several other groups are currently in the process of formation
• The infrastructure for fundraising/collecting membership dues has been established. The website does not store payment information. This information is securely transmitted, processed/stored via Stripe.com and PayPal.com.
• Multiple meetings have taken place with supporting initiatives.
• Multiple meetings have taken place with the scientific community.
• The strategic planning process has been established.
• The process of accepting project proposals, project review, and candidate interviews has been established and successfully implemented.
• More than 70 ideas were reviewed, evaluated, and several applicants were invited for interviews.
• The working groups conducted dozens of interviews with individuals, groups and organizations representing the proposed projects. Some of these are presented here: http://localhost/sastic/programs/.
• The registration of the beneficiaries – the defenders of the homeland and their family members have started. We have more than 80 applicants and interviews with them are currently in progress.
• The project management team is planning the first training in “Project Management”.
• http://localhost/sastic/ is up and running, ready to accept funds.

It is difficult to summarize the tremendous work done by the SASTIC’s organizing teams during this short period. However, we are pleased to announce that all the milestones outlined in the preliminary roadmap (http://localhost/sastic/roadmap/) have been achieved, and we are ready to enter the “Execution” stage. Discussions of projects and ideas are currently underway, and SASTIC’s strategic plan for the coming years will be outlined based on these.

However, to execute SASTIC’s strategic plan and to take on the financial commitment of the selected projects, we need to kick off the official membership to SASTIC. We are happy to announce that the membership is open, and we are looking forward to having you join us at

The mission of the organization is:

Our professional community creates research infrastructures, assists in education and scientific research, forms modern companies and their unions to execute long-term strategic programs, making our country more resilient and prosperous.

All of this work will be presented in detail during the next general meeting, which is scheduled for mid-May.

We can help our beloved country by creating a dignified environment for all of us to live in. We can achieve this through uniting our forces in creating effective, forward-looking structures that will bring out the best in all of us, and SASTIC has the potential to be just that.
