Join Our Team: Member Relations and Marketing Manager Wanted
SASTIC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Member Relations and Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our network of professionals and enhancing member engagement. This role is pivotal in developing strategic marketing initiatives and member services that align with SASTIC’s mission to advance technological and scientific excellence in Armenia and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing and Outreach:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase membership enrollment and ensure long-term retention.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and reach.
- Member Engagement and Value Enhancement:
- Develop and implement member engagement programs, events and networking opportunities that deliver value and foster a vibrant community.
- Collect member feedback with the purpose of refinement and improvement of the organizational activities.
- Member engagement both in Armenia and Diaspora
- Content and Communications:
- Produce compelling content for marketing materials, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates collaborating with internal teams the SASTIC investees and grantees.
- Ensure all external communications reflect SASTIC’s values and strategic objectives.
- Collaboration and Impact Reporting:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry leaders, and community organizations, to enhance SASTIC reach.
- Prepare detailed reports on membership growth and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Armenian
- Independent worker with strong organizational and multitask skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools is a plus
