Annually, Kapan Math Club organizes a prestigious intellectual competition known as “Math Boy,” a name derived from the Russian word for “battle”, which takes place in Kapan. This event draws together the most talented students from Kapan, as well as high-achieving participants from the neighboring towns of Goris and Sisian. By bringing together these bright minds, the competition aims to spark and sustain their enthusiasm for mathematics, while cultivating a spirit of healthy rivalry and academic excellence. The event serves not only as a platform for showcasing their skills but also as a motivating force that encourages continuous learning and intellectual growth.

SASTIC was honored to participate in the launch event of the AMADEE-24 Mars Simulation Project in Armash, Ararat province.
With six analog astronauts isolating themselves from March 12 to April 5, 2024, this international endeavor brings together over 200 scientists from 26 countries to conduct experiments preparing for future human and robotic Mars exploration missions.
