Սիրելի՛ ՍԱՍՏԻԿ-ի անդամներ և աջակիցներ,

Այսօր մեծ օր է մեզ բոլորի համար, քանզի մեր աջակցությամբ ստեղծված կազամակեպությունը իր առաջին ներդրումը կատարեց մեր հայրենի երկրում։

ՍԱՍՏԻԿ-ի տասնյակ անդամների քրտնաջան և անձնվեր աշխատանքի և բոլոր անդամների անշահախնդիր ներդրումների արդյունքում ՍԱՍՏԻԿ-ն այսօր առաջին ներդրումային (ՓՈԽԱՐԿԵԼԻ ՓՈԽԱՌՈՒԹՅԱՆ) պայմանագիրը կնքեց AIP Tech թիմի հետ (https://www.aiptech.org/). Հիմնական պայմաններն են՝

• Փոխառության ծավալը՝  15 մլն ՀՀ դրամ
• Փոխառության նպատակը՝ փոխառուի նախագծերի ֆինանսավորում, արտադրական ծավալների մեծացում:
• Փոխառուն պարտավորվում է պայմանագիրը կնքելուց հետո 3 տարվա ընթացքում իր արտադրանքից առնվազն 5 օրինակ անվճար տրամադրել Ներդրողի կանոնադրությամբ նախատեսված շահառուներին:

Այս ներդրումով ՍԱՍՏԻԿ-ը նպաստելու է Հայաստանում oրթոպեդիկ իմպլանտների տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացմանը, մասնավորապես եռաչափ (3D) վիրտուալ իմպլանտների մոդելավորմանը, վիրաբուժական պլանավորմանը, հիվանդին հատուկ իմպլանտների համար անատոմիական մոդելների և իմպլանտների պատրաստմանը՝ օգտագործելով 3D հադուկ տպիչներ և 5X CNC -մեքենաներ։

Ընկերությունը նաև պարտավորվել է 5 օրինակ իմպլանտներ հատկացնել պատերազմից տուժած մեր շահառուներին, նրանց առողջությունը վերականգնելու համար։

Սա մեծ նշաձող էր բոլորիս համար ի ցույց դնելու, որ մենք միասին ընդունակ ենք`

• Միահամուռ, համակարգված, նպատակային աշխատելու՝ ի ցույց դնելով յուրաքանչուրիս մասնագիտական կարողությունները և նվիրվածությունը։
• Հստակ պրոցեսներ սահմանելու, կիրառելու, որոնց արդյունքում տաղանդավոր թիմերը, ինչպիսին է AIP Tech-ը առաջ են գալու և ստանալու են աջակցություն։
• Անշահախնդիր ամսական նվիրատվություններ անելու` ի շահ բոլորիս ու մեր երկրի ապագայի։
• Հասնելու զգալի արդյունքների` յուրաքանչուրս ստանձնելով մինիմալ պարտավորություններ:

Մյուս նշաձողը թող լինի՝ առնվազն մեկ ներդրում մեկ ամսում։ 

Կան մեզ ավելի շատ միավորող բաներ, քան` բաժանող:  Եկեք մեզ և աշխարհին ցույց տանք, որ նույնիսկ ծայրահեղ պայմաններում մենք ի վիճակի ենք ստեղծել միջավայր և հաստատություններ, որոնք կարող են փոխել պատմության ընթացքը։

Dear SASTIC members and supporters,

Today is a big day for all of us, as the organization created with our support has made its first contribution in our homeland.

As a result of the hard work of dozens of SASTIC members and the unselfish financial contributions of all members, today SASTIC signed its first investment (Convertible Notes) agreement with the AIP Tech team (https://www.aiptech.org/). The main conditions are:

• The loan amount: 15 million AMD
• Purpose of the loan: Financing to increase the Borrower’s projects, increasing production volumes.
• Within 3 years after signing the contract, the Borrower commits to providing at least 5 of its products free of charge to the beneficiaries as defined by the Investor’s Charter.

With this investment, SASTIC will contribute to the development of orthopedic implant technologies in Armenia, in particular, to the 3D modeling of virtual implants, surgical planning, and preparation of patient-specific anatomical models and implants using 3D printing and 5X CNC machines.

The AIP Tech commits to providing 5 copies of implants to our war-affected beneficiaries to restore their health.

This was a tremendous milestone for all of us, showing that together we are capable of:

• Collaborative, systematic, targeted work, incorporating the professional skills and commitment of each of us.
• Defining and implementing clear processes that will result in investing in and empowering talented teams such as the AIP Tech.
• Making unselfish monthly contributions towards the prosperity and the future of our country.
• Achieving significant results by taking on minimal individual commitments.

Our next milestone should be to have at least one investment per month.

There are more things uniting than dividing us. Let us show the world that even in extreme conditions we are able to create such an environment and institutions that can change the course of history.
