Հարգելի՛ SASTIC աջակից,
Միավորման սկիզբն ազդարարելուց սկսած անցել է մի քանի ամիս։ Այս ընթացում կատարվել է ահռելի չափերի աշխատանք, որի մասն են կազմել ձեզանից շատ շատերը։ Այս պահին կատարված աշխատանքի հիմնական արդյունքներն են՝
Մեզ աջակցող իրավաբանների օգնությամբ ձևակերպվել և հաստատվել են երկու շահույթ չհետապնդող կազմակերպություններ՝ գրանցված Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և Միացյալ Նահանգներում։ SASTIC-ը որպես կառույց գործելու է՝ http://localhost/sastic/charter/ կանոնադրությամբ։
Հաստատվել են մի շարք աշխատանքային խմբեր և կոմիտեներ՝
Նախնական աշխատանքային խումբը,
Պրոյեկտների վերանայման կոմիտեն,
Օպերացիոն և պրոյեկտների կառավարման խումբը,
Իրավաբանական և ֆինանսական խումբը,
Hardware technologies աշխատանքային խումբը,

Մի շարք նոր խմբեր ձևավորման ընթացի մեջ են:
Հաստատվել է ֆինանսները հավաքագրելու ենթակառուցվածք՝ հոսքերն ապահովելու համար։ Կայքը չի պահում վճարման տեղեկատվությունը: Այդ տվյալները անվտանգ փոխանցվում և մշակվում / պահվում են Stripe.com, PayPal.com կայքերի կողմից:
Տասնյակ հանդիպումներ են եղել աջակից այլ նախաձեռնությունների հետ։
Տասնյակ հանդիպումներ են եղել գիտական համայնքի հետ։
Սկիզբ է դրվել ստրատեգիկ պլանավորման գործընթացին։
Ստեղծվել ու շարժման մեջ է դրվել պրոյեկտների ընդունման, վերանայման, հարցազրույցների անցկացման գործընթացը։
70-ից ավել գաղափարներ վերանայվել են, գնահատվել, և ուղարկվել հարցազրույցի աշխատանքային խմբերի հետ։
Աշխատանքային խմբերը տասնյակ հարցազրույցներ են անցկացրել պրոյեկտներ ներկայացնող խմբերի, անհատների, կազմակերպությունների հետ։ Որոշ պրոյեկտներ ներկայացված են այստեղ՝ http://localhost/sastic/programs/։ Պրոցեսը ընթացքի մեր է։
Շահառուների՝ հայրենիքի պաշտպանների և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների գրանցումը սկսվել է, ունենք 80-ից ավել դիմորդներ։ Նրանց հետ հարցազրույցներն ընթացքի մեջ են։
Պրոյեկտների կառավարման թիմը նախատեսում է առաջին թրեյնինգները “Project Management” մասնագիտությամբ։

Several months have passed since the announcement of establishing the SASTIC community. An enormous amount of work, that many of you have been a part of, has been accomplished. The major results of the efforts so far are the following:
It is difficult to summarize the tremendous work done by the SASTIC’s organizing teams during this short period. However, we are pleased to announce that all the milestones outlined in the preliminary roadmap (http://localhost/sastic/roadmap/) have been achieved, and we are ready to enter the “Execution” stage. Discussions of projects and ideas are currently underway, and SASTIC’s strategic plan for the coming years will be outlined based on these.
However, to execute SASTIC’s strategic plan and to take on the financial commitment of the selected projects, we need to kick off the official membership to SASTIC. We are happy to announce that the membership is open, and we are looking forward to having you join us at

Our professional community creates research infrastructures, assists in education and scientific research, forms modern companies and their unions to execute long-term strategic programs, making our country more resilient and prosperous.
All of this work will be presented in detail during the next general meeting, which is scheduled for mid-May.

We are excited to announce that SASTIC has made an investment in AIP Scientific, a research and development company focused on the development of orthopedic implant technologies. This investment represents a significant milestone for SASTIC and demonstrates our commitment to investing in and empowering talented teams like AIP Scientific.

The project’s goal is to establish a development centre dedicated to the advancement of artificial intelligence technologies. The center’s specialists can develop AI solutions for various SASTIC groups, as well as solutions for SMART agriculture in various fields.
The programme would be divided into two stages.
Phase 1: Training
– Recruiting applicants and organising Artificial Intelligence Technology courses for the chosen group (classroom and distance). The courses are divided into the following sections: Python programming language, machine learning, deep learning (neural networks), computer vision, ML, DL tools (scikit-learn, tensorflow, keras, openCV)
Phase 2: Internships and projects
– Involvement of the trained groups in real-life projects. Projects can serve a variety of functions: Image recognition and AI cameras, etc.
Ծրագրի նպատակն է ստեղծել Արհեստական բանականության տեխնոլոգիաների մշակման ինժեներական և հետազոտական կենտրոն: Կենտրոնի մասնագետները կարող է հետազոտել, առաջարկել և մշակել ինչպես SASTIC-ի տարբեր խմբերի համար անհրաժեշտ AI լուծումներ, այնպես էլ լուծումներ՝ SMART գյուղատնտեսության և տարբեր ոլորտների համար։Ծրագիրը բաղկացած է hետևյալ փուլից1. 1-ին փուլ՝ ուսումնական- Դիմորդների հավաքագրում, ընտրված խմբի համար Արհեստական բանականության տեխնոլոգիաների դասընթացների կազմակերպում (լսրանային և հեռավար)։ Դասընթացների հիմնական բաժիններն են ՝Python ծրագրավորման լեզու, մեքենայական ուսուցում, deep learning (նեյրոնային ցանցեր), computer vision, ML, DL գործիքներ (scikit-learn, tensorflow, keras, openCV)2. 2-րդ փուլ ՝ Ինտերշիփ,նախագծեր- Որոշակի գիտելիքների և հմտություններ ունեցող խմբի ներգրավում նախագծերում: Նախագծերը կարող են լինել տարաբնույթ նշանակության ՝ AI տեսախցիկներ, պատկերների ճանաչում, օբյեկտների հայտնաբերում, գյուղատնտեսության մեջ SMART համակարգերի կիրառում, հաճախորդների վարքի կանխատեսում և այլն։

To support the existing aircraft modelling workshops in Gyumri and to assist in the establishment of new branches in other cities.

SASTIC signed its first investment (Convertable Notes) agreement with the AIP Tech team.
With this investment, SASTIC will contribute to the development of orthopedic implant technologies in Armenia, in particular, to the 3D modeling of virtual implants, surgical planning, and preparation of patient-specific anatomical models and implants using 3D printing and 5X CNC machines.
The AIP Tech commits to providing 5 copies of implants to our war-affected beneficiaries to restore their health.

Our (ArmBionics) goal is to develop this field in Armenia by launching a modern laboratory which will allow us to implement our research and development stage, create and test our rehab technologies, create few types of upper limb prosthetics, and make a huge impact not only on the physical but also psychosocial life of disabled people. There are thousands of people with upper limb amputation in our region and there is a need for high-quality limb prosthetics for them. Also considering the damages of the Artsakh’s 44 days war which started on 27 September 2020 there are many more Armenian soldiers who have lost their upper limbs. Disability leads to isolation from society, loss of self-esteem, loss of self-confidence, loss of faith in the future. However, there is no company in our country that provides highly functional and affordable upper limb prostheses. By creating high quality and affordable bionic hands, we will help those people to restore their abilities, to feel and move the hand as well as it would be possible with a healthy hand.

The EduArmenia Proposal is:
1. Organize free web programming classes for citizens of the Republic of Armenia and border villages.
2. The trainings’ and internships outcomes would be the free products that contribute to the community’s development. These products may differ depending on the identified needs of the communities.

The “digital transformation” may become one of the strategic directions for SASTIC. In many cases, the digital transformation is the use of cloud computing. This reduces reliance on user-owned hardware and increases reliance on subscription-based cloud services. Skilled cloud engineers are required to enable digital transformation in many aspects of our life starting from agriculture until organizations management.
SASTIC’s experienced volunteers will organizing Cloud Engineer course for our beneficiaries, which will include:
– Gaining proficiency in a cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure or Goolge Cloud)
– Programming Languages (Python, Nodejs), cloud SDKs
The successful candidates will have an opportunity to join the internship project in SASTIC and later receive job offers from SASTIC or its alliance organizations.

In these modern days, it is impossible to imagine running projects effectively without strong project management practices and tools.
The project management practices bring leadership and direction to the projects, ensures there is a proper plan for executing on objectives, proper expectations are set around what can be delivered, by when, and for how much.
SASTIC’s experienced operation team volunteers are organizing this project management course for our beneficiaries to pass project management knowledge and practices. The course will consist of three stages:
– The theoretical part
– Project Management tools: Jira, Clickup
– Practical internship on a real project
The successful candidates will have an opportunity to receive job offers from SASTIC or its alliance organizations.
