Kicking off job creation in Armenia: To run the organization in Armenia, and as it is stated in the charter, SASTIC needs an executive director. The job description and details will be published soon. As in all the cases, the preference will be given to veterans, their family members, and family members of martyred and captive soldiers.

Dear SASTIC friends,
We have successfully approached our first milestone “Getting together”.
With the limited media coverage, we have now 400 supporters from different countries, with different professions and experience. This is an acceptable result, hence we will carry on the initiative and enter to the next milestones “Consolidating group members’ views” and “Defining the Organization structure”.
Moreover, during the last few weeks, we already started and worked very hard to come up with en Organization structure draft, document it in the constitution, that can support the initial requirements, be extendable, sustainable, inclusive, and can be formed with the current resources. During this activity, as you can imagine we revealed many issues, like insufficient law coverage, setup costs, etc, hence we come up with some minimal structure proposal that can effectively work.
In the coming weeks, we will set up big General Meetings (Zoom calls one in Armenian one in English) to present the constitution draft, the Organization structure and operational model proposal, and answer many of the important questions: why we are doing this, what we are doing, how we are doing, who are the stakeholders and not less important why one should be proud to be part of this. We hope many of you can join the calls, invite your friends, listen, question and contribute.
Next, in the upcoming period, together we will firm up the final organization constitution, the structure, operation model and hope by end of this month we will have it registered in Armenia.
In parallel, all you can contribute to the organization roadmap definition, by suggesting programs/projects that SASTIC should execute and how to do that will be announced after the General Meetings.

Չնայած լրատվամիջոցների սահմանափակ լուսաբանման, մենք այժմ ունենք տարբեր երկրներից, տարբեր մասնագիտություններով և փորձով 400 աջակից։ Սա ընդունելի արդյունք է, ուստի մենք կշարունակենք նախաձեռնությունը և կանցնենք հաջորդ փուլերին՝ «Խմբի անդամների տեսակետների համախմբում» և «Կազմակերպության կառուցվածքի սահմանում»:
Ավելին, վերջին մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում մենք արդեն սկսել և պատրաստել ենք Կազմակերպության կառուցվածքի նախագիծը, փաստաթղթավորել այն կանոնադրության դրաֆտում։ Հաշվի են առնվել նախնական պահանջները՝ լինել ընդարձակվող, կայուն, ներառական և ձևավորվել ընթացիկ ռեսուրսներով: Այս գործունեության ընթացքում, ինչպես պատկերացնում եք, մենք շատ խնդիրներ ենք հայտնաբերել, ինչպիսիք են օրենսդրության անբավարար ծածկույթը, նախնական ծախսերը և այլն, ուստի մենք հանդես ենք գալիս այն նվազագույն կառուցվածքի առաջարկով, որը կարող է թույլ տալ օր առաջ սկսել արդյունավետ աշխատանք:
Առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում մենք կհրավիրենք Ընդհանուր ժողովներ (Zoom – ով հայերեն և անգլերեն)` ներկայացնելու համար նախագծի կանոնադրությունը, Կազմակերպության կառուցվածքը, գործառնական մոդելի առաջարկը և պատասխանելու համար շատ կարևոր հարցերի` ի՞նչ ենք մենք անում, ինչու՞ ենք մենք սա անում, ինչպե՞ս ենք անում, ովքե՞ր են շահառուները և, որ ոչ պակաս կարևոր է, թե ինչու՞ պետք է հպարտանալ այս ամենի մաս կազմելով: Հուսով ենք, որ Ձեզանից շատերը կարող են միանալ ժողովներին, հրավիրել ձեր ընկերներին, լսել, հարցեր ուղղել և աջակցել:
Հաջորդիվ, առաջիկա ժամանակահատվածում, մենք միասին կհաստատենք Կազմակերպության վերջնական կանոնադրությունը, կառուցվածքը, գործառնական մոդելը և հուսով ենք, որ այս ամսվա վերջում այն կգրանցենք Հայաստանում:
